Pune: PCMC to Hold Public Dialogue Meetings Across All Ward Offices Tomorrow
Pimpri-Chinchwad, 12th January 2025: The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has announced that public dialogue meetings, or Jan Samvad, will be held tomorrow, Monday, January 13, at all ward offices of the city. These meetings will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
The initiative aims to foster direct communication between the administration and citizens, addressing grievances, and incorporating public aspirations into administrative decisions and development projects. Such meetings are regularly organized by the Municipal Corporation on the second and fourth Mondays of every month during the same time slot.
To ensure the smooth functioning of the meetings, Chief Coordination Officers have been designated for the eight ward offices. These officers will preside over the discussions, listening to public concerns and suggestions.
Residents are encouraged to participate and voice their issues, helping the Municipal Corporation better understand and address the needs of the community.
