Pune: Plastic Bottles Collection Competition Organised In February
Pune, 3rd February 2023: Pune is hosting the Plastic Bottles Collection Competition from 1st February to 26th February 2023. Every Saturday and Sunday between nine am and five pm, participants can bring their collected plastic bottles to one of the 75 health facilities housed in 15 ward offices.
Individual citizens of all ages, as well as educational institutions, housing institutions, workplaces, nonprofit organisations, private organisations, Ganesha Mandals, and others, are eligible to enter the competition.
However, participants must be aware that they are not permitted to join if they are professionals in the plastics industry, producers, sellers, recyclers, scrap dealers, resellers, caterers, hoteliers, rubbish pickers, or members of their families. They will be disqualified from the competition if discovered.
