Pune: PMC Releases Guidelines For Coaching Classes, Training Institutes As They Reopen From Tomorrow
Pune, January 11, 2021: Institutions like coaching classes, skill development training institutes, computer and typing institutes, lighthouses etc. are being allowed to start from tomorrow (January 12) in Pune municipal corporation (PMC) limits.
PMC Additional Commissioner Rubal Agarwal issued following guidelines for these institutions today.
- Follow social distancing norms
- Coaching centres ( for 9th class onwards) can reopen if they are not located in containment zones
- Gardens outside containment zone can reopen from 6 am to 9 am and 4 pm to 7 pm
- Coaching classes have to ensure that teachers have got their COVID RTPCR test negative report
- Adequate distance between two trainees/students
- Temperature check at the entrance
- Trainee/students must wear mask
- Sanitizers should be available in training hall/class
Those who will not follow these guidelines will be prosecuted for offences under relevant sections of the Disaster Management Act, Epidemic Disease Act and section 188 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
