Pune: PMC Reports 8301 New Covid-19 Cases, Active Cases Cross 45k Mark Today
Pune, 21st January 2022: In the last 24 hours, a total of 5480 were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. 8301 new patients were detected while 04 people died. Today swab samples of 20,338 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients to date has reached 5,91,834 out of which 5,37,581 have been cured while 9172 have died. There are still 45081 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals.
