Pune: PMC Starts Fire Station For Sinhagad Road-Vadgaon Area   

Sinhgad Road, 25th July 2022: The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has inaugurated another sub-centre of a fire station in Pune for the service and safety of citizens at the Sinhagad Road. The newly started Navale Fire station is located at Sinhagad Road in Vadgaon Khurd near the Lokmat Press after the Dhayari flyover bridge.

Reportedly, the Nawale Fire Station will cover the areas from Wadgaon Flyover Bridge to the Khadakwasla. One Of the Officers from the Navale fire station Prakash J. Gore informed that “As per the rules, we have seven Jawans assigned to every vehicle and also one filled tanker ready for service.”  

The fire station will respond to calls for assistance in any fire emergencies or any natural calamity.
