Pune: PMC Starts Schemes To Support Further Education Of 10th And 12th Pass Students
Pune, 19th August 2022: Pune Municipal Corporation’s Social Development Department has started Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Educational Scheme for students who have passed class 10 and Annabhau Sathe Scheme for the students who have passed class 12. The online application process for these educational schemes will open on 22nd August 2022.
These are financial assistance schemes for further education of 10th and 12th pass students. The duration to avail of these schemes is 22nd August 2022 to 30th December 2022. For 10th passed students, the Bharat Ratna Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Academic assistance scheme will provide Rs15,000. For the 12th passed students, the Annabhau Sathe Educational assistance scheme will provide Rs 25,000.

The Eligibility to Avail The scheme for 10th and 12th students:
Open Class: 80% marks and Municipal School or Night School.
Backward Class Group: 70% Marks
Disability Group: 65% Marks
Garbage pickers, children of workers: 65% marks
