Pune: PMC Takes Action Against 3000 Sq Ft Unauthorized Construction In Katraj
Katraj, 3rd January 2022: The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) took action against the unauthorized construction in Katraj in zone no 2. The PMC cleared about 3000 sq ft.
The action was taken by giving notice under section 478 (1), 260 (1) (j) (b), and section 53(1) (a) of the Maharashtra Municipal Act on the unauthorized construction without permission at Survey No 17 part, Survey No 33 part at Katraj (New Boundary).
2700 sq ft area of Sunil Shinde, Vasant Jadhav, and others at survey no 17 at Katraj, 300 sq ft area of Prabhakar Jadhav and others at survey no 33, totalling 3000 sq ft area was cleared in the operation.
