Pune: PMC Takes Action Against Two Unauthorized Buildings In Undri Area
Undri, 16th March 2023: About 30,000 square feet of an unauthorized area was cleared on behalf of Building Department Zone One with the help of Jaw Cutter on two unauthorized five-storied buildings in survey number 51 and survey number 59 at Undri, taluka Haveli.
A team of Branch Engineer Shailendra Kathawate, Branch Engineer Gopal Bhandari, Junior Engineer Anup Gajjalwar, and Police Inspector Raju Adagale carried out this operation under the guidance of Superintending Engineer Yuvraj Deshmukh, Executive Engineer Praveen Shende in the presence of Deputy Engineer Sandeep Shinde.
The operation was completed with the help of ten breakers, one JCB, two breakers, and one jaw cutter, and demolished both buildings. The Kondhwa police had made strict arrangements to prevent any untoward incident during the operation.
