Pune: PMPML Bus Services Shut On These 13 Routes After MSRTC Resumes ST Bus Services

Pune, May 15th 2022: The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) services were started in Pune rural areas due to the strike by Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC). Now ST has resumed its services and hence PMPML has stopped its buses on 13 routes.

The order was recently issued by PMPML CMD Laxminarayan Mishra.

The MSRTC had repeatedly sent letters to the PMPML administration to stop services on these routes. Accordingly, the PMPML decided to withdraw from the unnecessary competition between the two public transport service providers. As a result, 13 routes outside the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) jurisdiction will be closed.

13 Routes Closed by PMPML:

1. Pune – Nira

2. Bhosari – Junnar

3. Chakan – Shikrapur

4. Hadapsar – Yavat

5. Swargate – Velha

6. Bhosari – Manchar – Ghodegaon

7. Wagholi – Ranjangaon

8. Saswad – Jejuri

9. Katraj – Sarola

10. Saswad – Veer

11. Swargate – Panshet

12. Swargate – Kharwade

13. Wagholi – Rahu
