Pune: PMPML Driver Saves Accident Victim Life By Applying Emergency Brakes

Pune, 10th December 2021: A driver of the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) bus is being praised for his presence of mind which helped save the life of a man who fell down from a two-wheeler near the front wheel of the bus.

The driver Santosh Maruti Gore was driving the bus on route no. 130 on November 24 from Sherville Society to Swargate. On the way from Katraj to Swargate, after the Padmavati signal turned green, two two-wheelers suddenly came in front of the bus and hit each other. One of the two-wheelers fell near the wheel of the bus.

Driver Gore pressed the emergency brake and saved the life of the man.
