Pune: PMPML Introduces Special Bus Service for 69th Sawai Gandharva Bhimsen Mahotsav 2023

Pune, 12th December 2023: As Pune gears up for the prestigious 69th Sawai Gandharva Bhimsen Mahotsav 2023 at Maharashtra Mandal Kreeda Sankul, Mukund Nagar, Pune, the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML) has announced a special bus service to facilitate the festival attendees. The event, a cultural extravaganza, draws a diverse audience from Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad cities.

In a bid to cater to the transportation needs of the festival-goers, PMPML has arranged special bus services at an additional cost of 25 per cent to ensure a smooth return for the Sawai Gandharva Sangeet Mahotsav enthusiasts.

1. Mukund Nagar to Nigdi Bhakti Shakti
– Route No. 42 via Dandekar Bridge, Deccan, Wakadewadi, Kasarwadi, Pimpri, ChinchwadRailwayy Station
– Timings: 17th December – Departure Time 10.30 PM
– (No bus on 16th)
– Ticket Price: ₹40/-

2. Mukund Nagar to Dhayari Maruti Mandir
– Route No. 117 via Dandekar Bridge, Vitthalwadi, Anand Nagar, Vadgaon Budruk Phata, Dhayari Gaon
– Timings: 17th December 2023 – 10.30 pm.
– 16th December 2023 at 12.30 am
– Ticket Price: ₹25/-

3. Mukund Nagar to Kothrud Depot
– Route No. 103 via Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak Road, Deccan Corner, Paud Phata, Jai Bhavani Nagar, Vanaj Company.
– Timings: 17th December 2023 at 10.30 PM.
– 16th December 2023 at 12.30 am
– Ticket Price: ₹20/-

4. Mukund Nagar to Warje Malwadi
– Route No. 72 via Deccan Corner, Paud Phata, Kothrud Depot, Gandhi Bhavan, Karve Nagar
– Timings: 17th December 2023 at 10.30 PM.
– 16th December 2023 at 12.30 AM
– Ticket Price: ₹25/-

The special bus service will be operational from December 13, 2023, to December 17, 2023. The Pune Metropolitan Transport Corporation encourages the Sawai Gandharva Bhimsen Mahotsav audience to make optimal use of the provided bus services for a hassle-free commute.
