Pune: PMPML Seeks Feedback From People About Its For E-Cab Project
Pune, 13th October 2021: Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) has introduced the concept of the e-cab project in its jurisdiction on the lines of Ola and Uber cab services.
This e-cab project has the following features to make traveling easier:
This E-cab service will be available 24×7.
It will create employment opportunities for local unemployed youth.
Rates will be lower than normal taxies or auto, and the fair of cabs will not differ during peak hours.
It will have special services for the elderly and disabled people.
It will be provided with pink female cab services with female drivers.
Cabs will be always available at the main station such as the airport, railway, metro station, market, etc.
PMPML has created an online survey to get feedback from citizens and to know people’s take on this project.
