Pune, 22nd February 2024: In the pursuit of delivering superior, prompt, and dependable bus services across various routes and stations within the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited’s (PMPML) operational domain, it is crucial to promptly address the concerns and complaints raised by passengers. To foster a direct channel for passenger feedback and enhance the quality of service, the President and Managing Director of PMPML have decided to institute ‘Traveller’s Day.’

This event will take place on the second and fourth Friday of every month, providing passengers with an opportunity to share their suggestions for a more passenger-centric and quality-driven bus service. The upcoming ‘Traveller’s Day’ activity for February 2024 is scheduled for Friday, 23rd February 2024, from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM at each depot, encouraging active participation and engagement from the public.

During the ‘Traveller’s Day’ event, designated guardian officers for each depot will be available at their respective depots. Additionally, recognizing the time constraints faced by passengers in their daily routines, those who are unable to visit the depot to register complaints or suggestions can conveniently submit their feedback at PMPML main bus stands and pass centres.

PMPML encourages a maximum number of citizens to actively participate in the ‘Traveller’s Day’ activity. This collective engagement will contribute to a more inclusive and responsive public transportation system, reflecting the valuable input and experiences of the travelling community.
