Pune: PMRDA Demolishes Illegal Pub, Resort, Restaurants In Bhukum And Bhugaon In Mulshi Taluka
Pune, 25th May 2023: The Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (PMRDA) took action on Tuesday by demolishing an unauthorized restaurant-cum-pub in Bhukum and Bhugaon in Mulshi taluka. The unauthorized sections of five to six restaurants in the area were dismantled as well.
The establishments targeted for demolition by the PMRDA included Manas Chowpatty, Thalasso, 3 Stage, and 90 Degree, all of which had been constructed without proper authorization. In an effort to curb unauthorized constructions, the PMRDA’s Illegal Construction (Demolition) Department spearheaded an operation on Tuesday.
The public was urged to refrain from engaging in any form of unauthorized construction without the necessary permissions. The PMRDA utilized heavy machinery and deployed a substantial workforce to carry out the demolitions. Officials from the PMRDA confirmed that the expenses incurred during this process will be recovered from the builders responsible for the unauthorized constructions.
