Pune Police Crime Branch Detains Minor in Vehicle Theft Case, Solves Five Crimes
Pune, 7th May 2025: Pune Police’s Crime Branch has detained a minor accused of vehicle theft, solving five related crimes across multiple police jurisdictions. Three cases were registered at Hadapsar Police Station, while one each was reported at Kale Padal and Sinhagad Road Police Stations.
The arrest occurred during a patrol by Crime Branch Unit 5 when Police Constable Amit Kamble received information about the suspect and detained him. The minor and his parents were taken into custody under the supervision of Senior Police Inspector Wahid Pathan.
