Pune Police Launch Reel-Making Competition for Ganeshotsav
Pune, 28th August 2025: To mark Ganeshotsav, which has been declared the state festival of Maharashtra, Pune Police has announced a Reel-Making Competition aimed at promoting safety, culture, and community spirit.
The initiative invites citizens to create Instagram reels on the following themes:
The 24×7 readiness of Pune Police during Ganeshotsav
Precautions citizens must take while celebrating the festival
Social and cultural aspects of the festival
Participants must upload their reels on Instagram, tag Pune City Police’s official handle, and send a direct message (DM). The last date for submissions is September 3, 2025.
Outstanding reels will be recognized with certificates of appreciation and attractive prizes.
Appealing to Punekars, Pune Police said, “Let’s celebrate Ganeshotsav with devotion, discipline, and culture, while also spreading meaningful messages through creative reels.”
Officials added that the campaign blends festivity with responsibility, offering citizens—particularly youngsters—a platform to showcase creativity while contributing to public awareness.
