Pune: Police Register Case Against Builder And Politicians For Illegally Encroaching Amenity Space
Kondhwa, 24th May 2023: Pune Police has given a big blow to the big builder and politicians who encroached on the amenity space of Gagan Emerald Society in Kondhwa and tried to seize the space by submitting false documents.
A case has been registered in Kondhwa Police Station against the accused, Gagan Raisoni Vastu Shilp Venture, Sushil Agarwal, Ghanshyam Agarwal, Vishal Agarwal, Rafiq Topi, Karim Kallu Khan, Anis Rashid Sundke under IPC Sections 420, 406, 468, 469, 471, 120B, 447, 504, 506.
Complainant Abid Rafiq Sajjan had approached the court against the builder and politicians who tried to illegally occupy the amenity space in Gagan Emerald Society by selling it. At this time, the court had issued an order to immediately register a case against the builder and others.
The builders and politicians tried to illegally occupy the amenity space in Gagan Emerald Mauje Kondhwa Khurd Survey No 62 Part No 4 Sub Part 38 to 40, 43 to 53, 55 and Survey No 62 Part No 8 Part.
Adv Arshad Nehal, who represented the complaint, told Punekar News, “Builders are illegally using open spaces of societies. The society members should be aware and committee members should take regular follow ups with the builder to save their open spaces.”
