Pune Porsche Accident Case: Minor Driver’s Father Granted Bail In One Case

Pune, 21st June 2024: Builder Vishal Agrawal has been granted bail in the primary case of the Juvenile Justice Act under section 75 & 77, allowing his minor son to drink alcohol and drive a car without a license.
However, he would still be under judicial custody till he gets bail in other cases.
On May 19 at around 2.30 am, Agarwal’s son who was driving Porsche car under the influence of alcohol hit a bike from behind in Kalyani Nagar. This led to the deaths of IT engineers Ashwini Koshta and Aneesh Awadhiya.
Minor driver’s mother and grandfather are also in jail in the case.
