Pune: Prostitution Racket Busted At Divine Spa Centre In Baner, 3 Girls Rescued
Baner, 6th April 2022: The social security cell of the Pune City Police Crime Branch has busted a sex racket that was going on under the garb of massage at a spa centre in Baner, Pune.
Three people, including the owner and manager of a massage centre, were arrested in the case. Police have rescued three girls.
After getting information about the prostitution racket, police sent a decoy customer to the Divine Spa Centre in Baner. After the racket was confirmed, a team led by Police Inspector Rajesh Puranik conducted a raid and rescued the girls. Earlier, police had busted a sex racket at Zeya Spa Centre in the same building.
Police have arrested Deepak Krishna Patil (26) of Baner, Panchmaya Lepcha of Pashan, Sachin Prakash Shinde (24) of Kalewadi and Praveen Dhondiram Durgude (25) of Dighi. An FIR has been registered against them at Chatushrungi police station.
