Pune, 13th April 2022: Shiv Sena leader Raghunath Kuchik, who is the general secretary of Bharatiya Kamgaar Sena of the party, has issued a legal notice to BJP leader Chitra Wagh for defaming him by making a woman file a false rape case against him.

Kuchik has sent the notice through advocate Harshad Nimbalkar. He has also asked Wagh to refrain from making any further defamatory statements against him.

The young woman who had accused Kuchik of rape has now claimed that the BJP leader Chitra Wagh had instructed her to file the case. Along with Kuchik, an FIR had been registered against eight persons.

The victim has also made serious allegations that Chitra Wagh had forced her to write a suicide note. The victim also showed some forged messages and said that neither she nor Kuchik had sent these messages.

Speaking to media persons, she said that Wagh had detained her in Goa and Mumbai and forced her to give tutored answers to police.
