Pune Railway Division Celebrates 68th Railway Week, Honors Outstanding Employees

Pune, 27th December 2023: The Pune Railway Division marked the 68th Railway Week today, at the Indrayani Auditorium of the Divisional Office. The event was inaugurated by Divisional Railway Manager Indu Dubey, who paid homage to Mother Saraswati by garlanding her statue and lighting the ceremonial lamp.
A highlight of the celebration was the recognition and felicitation of 101 exemplary employees of the division. These employees were honored with 30 group awards in acknowledgment of their outstanding and commendable services and contributions. Each awardee received a citation and a cash prize in recognition of their dedication and hard work.
The festivities were further enriched by captivating presentations from artists of the Cultural Academy, captivating the audience in attendance. The event saw significant participation from Additional Divisional Railway Manager Brijesh Kumar Singh, along with various branch officers and employees.
Indu Dubey, the Divisional Railway Manager, personally distributed the awards to the deserving railway employees, emphasizing the importance of their role in the progress of the Railways. In her congratulatory message, she urged everyone to continue contributing to the advancement of the railway sector.
The program was meticulously coordinated and organized by Senior Divisional Personnel Officer Jitendra Pratap Singh. Divisional Personnel Officer Machindra Galve, who presided over the event, expressed gratitude for the collective efforts that have contributed to the success and efficiency of the Pune Railway Division.
