Pune, 02 September 2021: Due to the conscious efforts of Pune Railway Division’s Senior Ticket Inspector Suresh Mishra and Sushil Jha, two minor boys who ran away from home were safely handed over to their parents.

The ticket inspectors, who were doing regular checking while on duty at Pune station, on questioning the two minor children on suspicion, found that both of them had run away from their house. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, ticket inspector Mishra and Jha immediately contacted their parents and handed over the children to NGO Saathi for further action.

“The Pune railway division is proud of this humane and commendable work of the ticket inspectors by which both the children were reunited with their families”, a press release from railways stated.
