Pune Records Highest Temperature in February in 147 Years, Heat Wave Warning Issued

IMD officials say that the city’s temperature is expected to soar to 38 degrees Celsius in the coming days. The sudden rise in temperature has been attributed to a change in the wind direction, with hot winds from the northern parts of the country moving towards Maharashtra.
IMD officials have advised people to take necessary precautions to avoid heatstroke and other heat-related illnesses.
