Pune, 4th January 2023: Registration for the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) draw will start on Thursday (5th January).

The registration process will be started by Chief Officer Nitin Mane-Patil in a program at MhADA Bhavan in Agarkar Nagar, Pune at 12 pm. At the same time, the process of allotment of 5,966 houses of the Pune Board will also be started.

Last year, citizens were waiting for the housing draw of MHADA’s Mumbai, Konkan, Pune, and Aurangabad boards. But due to the change in the MHADA lottery process and the new computerized system being created accordingly, the lottery of all the boards was stalled. But now the new computerized system has been tested successfully, and with the approval of the new process, the single registration service is starting from Thursday. The draw for the Pune board is also starting.

This registration process is permanent, and citizens can register at any time. So now, one after the other, the houses of the boards will be drawn. The registration and application process for the Pune board draw will start on Thursday. However, the registration process is going to be open to all. Aspirants can register for the future draw of Mumbai, Konkan, Nashik, or any other boards. Therefore, MHADA officials have appealed to the citizens to collect the necessary documents and register now.
