Pune: Regular Water Supply In City Till 26th July
Pune, 10th July 2022: Due to reduction in water storage in the dams which supply water to Pune City, the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) announced an alternate-day water supply schedule from 4th July to 11th July. Subsequently, it was decided to regularize the water supply from 8th July to 11th July, considering Ashadhi Ekadashi and Bakri Eid on 10th July, today.
After the heavy rains in the past few days, considering the water storage in all the four dams to date, the water supply will be regularized from 11th July to 26th July.
“The citizens should note that the decision about water supply after 26th July will be taken after considering the water storage in the dams then after, and will be announced accordingly,” said Aniruddha Pawaskar, Chief Engineer, Water Supply Department, PMC.
