Pune: Restaurants And Bars To Be Open Till 5 AM On December 24, 25, 31
Pune, 24th December 2022: To celebrate Christmas and New Year, the Maharashtra Government has allowed hotels, bars, and licensed rooms to keep their businesses open till 5.00 am. Music systems can be used until midnight. Hotels, bars, and pubs that are normally open until 1.30 am are allowed to be open until 5.00 am on the 24th, 25th, and 31st of December.
The Excise Board and the police have been instructed to follow the protocols related to violation of rules. The Excise Department also monitors the supply of liquor. Organizers of parties held in public places must obtain permission from the local police.
