Pune: Result Of Draw For 5,915 Houses Of MHADA Delayed

Pune, 7th March 2023: The Pune Board of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) conducted the lottery for 5,915 flats in January. The result of this draw has been postponed for the next eight days due to technical glitches in the system. The result of the draw is likely to be announced only after the budget session of the state. So the applicants who have been waiting for the result for the past few days will have to wait for a few more days.

MHADA Pune board conducted a lottery for 5,916 flats in Pune and Chinchwad municipal area through the new system – Integrated Housing Lottery Management System (IHLMS) 2.0 – for the first time this year. For this, online applications have been invited from the applicants. 31,600 applicants have attached the necessary documents for the house. These documents have been scrutinized, and the concerned have paid the money.

Accordingly, the draw of this lottery was to be announced at the beginning of this week. However, MHADA said that due to technical difficulties in the computer system, it will take some more time to announce the draw.

Meanwhile, the online system IHLMS 2.0 hit applicants from day one. There are also difficulties in announcing the draw. Due to a technical glitch in the system, the results were to be declared on Tuesday (7th March). However, it has been cancelled. Work is underway to remove the technical hurdles, and planning is underway to announce the lottery. Eight days will be required for this work. It was said by MHADA that the budget session of the state is going on in Mumbai and the result of the draw is likely to be announced after the session ends.
