Pune: Robbers Loot Cash At HP Petrol Pump On Lohegaon-Wagholi Road

Lohegaon, 13th November 2023: In a daring incident, a group of four individuals targeted and robbed the HP petrol pump located on Lohgaon-Wagholi road.

The heist, which occurred on Saturday night around 9:30 pm, involved the assailants threatening the employees before making off with a substantial sum of Rs 28,870. A case of robbery has been officially registered at the airport (Vimantal) police station.

Rahul Bhimrao Pingle (240, an employee at the HP petrol pump, filed a complaint narrating the harrowing ordeal. Pingle, along with his colleagues, was on duty when the four robbers, concealing their faces with cloth, entered the office premises. Armed with an iron weapon, the assailants threatened Pingle and his colleagues and looted Rs 28,870 cash. They also damaged the mobile phones of Pingle’s coworkers before making a swift escape.

Police are investigating the case.
