Pune: Rs 5.76 Crore Fraud Case Against Builder For Not Completing Building Construction Work In Dehu Road
Dehu Road, 9th January 2023: A case has been registered in Dehu Road police station against the builder of Kasturi Developers for committing financial fraud of Rs 5.76 crore and violating the terms and conditions of the agreement without completing the construction in the last six years even after entering into the development agreement.
A case under IPC sections 406, 420, and 34 has been registered against Tushar Satyavijay Heda (42), a resident of Sukhwani Residency, Dapodi along with a woman. Abhimanyu Eknath Kalokhe (48), a resident of Dattanagar, Nigdi, has filed a complaint in this matter.
According to the information given by the police, the complainant Abhimanyu Kalokhe owns land in the Dehu Road area. To develop this land, he signed a development agreement with Tushar Heda on behalf of Kasturi Developers on 19th September 2016. Since then, the terms and conditions of this development agreement have been repeatedly violated.
The construction was not completed on the land owned by complainant Abhimanyu Kalokhe. By cheating, 32 flats suffered a financial loss of Rs 5.76 crore. When Kalokhe asked Heda about this, ‘How do you build on this place?’, a threat was given to him by the accused and it is also been mentioned in the complaint. Police sub-inspector Patil is conducting further investigation.
