Pune: Ruby Hall Clinic Partners with OGP and UMEED to Host Marathon Inspiring Unity in Fight Against Cancer
Pune, 3rd February 2025: In a powerful display of resilience and unity, Ruby Hall Clinic, in association with the Oncology Group of Pune (OGP) and UMEED, organized the ‘Umeed Ki Run’ marathon at SRPF Ground, Wanowrie, on February 2, 2025. The event featured race categories of 1 km, 3 km, 5 km, and 10 km, bringing together cancer patients, survivors, their families, healthcare professionals, and the running community in a collective spirit of hope and determination.
The marathon was attended by distinguished medical professionals from Ruby Hall Clinic, including Dr. Sanjay Deshmukh, Director of the Cancer Centre; Dr. Sujai Hegde, Surgical Oncologist; Dr. Bhooshan Zade, Consultant Radiation Oncologist; Dr. Chakor Vora, Consultant Medical Oncologist; and Dr. Prasad Muglikar, Medical Director. Participants, including cancer warriors, their families, and friends, gathered for an uplifting morning filled with camaraderie and unity.
