Pune: Savarkar Gaurav Yatra Concluded In Kothrud Under Leadership Of Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil In Heavy Rain
Kothrud, 10th April 2023: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Shiv Sena are seen getting aggressive in the state to protest against the statement made by former Congress leader Rahul Gandhi about freedom fighter Savarkar. Meanwhile, BJP is organizing Savarkar Gaurav Yatra at various places.
Against this backdrop, Savarkar Gaurav Yatra was held in the Kothrud area under the leadership of Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil in heavy rain. On this occasion slogans like ‘Mai Bhi Savarkar’ was chanted at Savarkar ground in the Kothrud area of Pune.
Former MLA Medha Kulkarni, former mayor of BJP state general secretary Muralidhar Mohol along with former office bearers of BJP participated in this yatra.
On this occasion, Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil said that the British had to leave India because of many revolutionaries like Swatantra Veer Savarkar. “Congress leaders are constantly insulting the great personalities. Citizens of the country will not tolerate the insult of freedom fighter Savarkar under any circumstances.”
