Pune: Savarkar’s Family Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Rahul Gandhi
Pune, 13th April 2023: Satyaki Savarkar, a member of Savarkar’s family, has filed a defamation lawsuit against Rahul Gandhi for making offensive statements about freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar. The family has decided to directly challenge Gandhi in court and seek legal action for his derogatory remarks.
During an event in England, Rahul Gandhi allegedly made false and derogatory statements about Savarkar with the intention of defaming him and polluting public opinion.
Satyaki Savarkar stated that the family members are determined to pursue legal action against Gandhi to ensure that he is held accountable for his actions.
