Pune, 25th April 2024: The NCP Sharadchandra Pawar Party recently unveiled their manifesto. The event saw the presence of key figures Sharad Pawar, Jayant Patil and Adv Vandana Deshmukh. The manifesto highlighted several crucial factors such as women’s rights, tribal welfare, education, support for students, and environmental conservation. Addressing the media, Sharad Pawar emphasized the party’s commitment to these key issues and outlined the measures proposed in the manifesto to address them.

Pawar criticized the Prime Minister, stating, “The Prime Minister’s speech in Rajasthan is against the unity of the country. I wonder how the Prime Minister can speak like that. He should be opposed.”

He added, “The first phase of the election is over, now the second phase is going to be held. Public opinion has gone against the BJP in the first phase. BJP is uncomfortable with that. So caste, religion, Hindu-Muslim issues are being taken up.”

Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar’s son, Parth Pawar, has been provided with Y Plus security. The Maharashtra State Government made this decision after the Pune Police Commissioner withdrew security from many individuals during the election.

Regarding Parth Pawar’s security, Jayant Patil sarcastically remarked, “Thank you Home Minister for protecting the son of our family, Parth,” declining further comment.

Parth Ajit Pawar ventured into politics in 2018, following the footsteps of his father and grandfather. He completed his education at HR College, Mumbai, and pursued further studies in London. In 2019, he contested the Lok Sabha elections from Maval constituency, though he was unsuccessful. When asked about Parth’s security, Jayant Patil responded, “We don’t want to talk about children. Thank you Home Minister for protecting the child of our family.”
