Pune: Speeding Car Hits Electric Pole; Two Unconscious Admitted To Hospital
Ravet, 27th May 2023: A speeding car rammed into an electric pole in Ravet in Pimpri Chinchwad. In this accident, the electricity pole was completely uprooted. Two people in the car are unconscious and have been admitted to a nearby private hospital for treatment. The accident took place near Blue Water Hotel on Ravet to Dange Chowk Road this morning.
According to the information received, the car was coming from Ravet toward Dange Chowk around this morning. However, the driver lost control of the car as he neared the Blue Water Hotel. Due to this, the car directly hit the electricity pole next to the road.
The accident was so severe that an electric pole was uprooted by the impact of the collision. The car has also been extensively damaged. There were two people in the car at the time. Both fell unconscious in the accident. Fortunately, there were no casualties reported. Ravet police are further investigating the accident.
