Pune: Temporary Changes to Parking Arrangements In Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park And Sinhgad Road Areas
Pune, 12th February 2024: The Pune City Traffic Branch has taken proactive steps to modify parking arrangements, ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow in various areas.
Under the Sinhagad Road Traffic Branch, provisional orders have been issued to adjust the parking system along several stretches, including roads leading from Vijay Nagar Chowk to Bandoji Khandoji Chavan High School, Dhayari and Shri Dhareshwar Mandir, as well as areas near Shri Venkatesh Vrindavan Society and Navale Bridge. Also areas near Hotel Pune Gate (Vadgaon Budruk), Bhansali Campus, Shanti Sahakari Gruhrachana Limited.
Similarly, provisional orders under the Yerawada Traffic Branch designate Cerebrum IT Park – B3 to Marigold Society Road area as no-parking zones. Citizens are encouraged to submit suggestions or objections regarding these provisional orders in writing to the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic Branch, Yerwada Post Office, Bungalow No. 6, Jail Road, Pune by February 25th. Final orders will be issued after considering citizen feedback, with allowances made for vehicles providing essential services.
Furthermore, the Koregaon Park Traffic Branch has issued final orders regarding parking arrangements, following the consideration of citizen suggestions on previously issued provisional orders. The final order prohibits parking and halting from Oxford Hallmark Society Gate to Clover Park View Society on both sides of the road.
