Pune: Thieves Steal Rs 23 Lakh From Bank of Maharashtra ATM In Yavat
Yavat, 17th January 2022: Unidentified thieves used a gas cutter to steal Rs 23 lakh from Bank Of Maharashtra’s ATM Centre on the Pune-Solapur Highway in Yavat, Daund taluka of Pune district. The incident took place on Sunday afternoon.
An FIR has been registered in this regard at the Yavat police station under Pune rural police. The accused are being traced based on CCTV cameras.
According to the information given by police, the incident took place between 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm on Sunday. The incident has been captured on CCTV. Police have seized CCTV footage and are searching for the culprits. The dog squad was also called to the spot.
Upon receiving the information, Additional Superintendent of Police Milind Mohite visited the spot and instructed the police team to nab the thieves.
