Pune, 24th November 2022: Around 12.30 a.m. on Wednesday, seven persons attacked Rohan Pawar, a 27-year-old criminal from Nana Peth, near his home with sharp objects, paver blocks, and stones because of a long-standing feud.

Later that day, police detained Usha Kuchekar (48), Aditya Kenjale (24), and Rajan alias Rohit Counter (23), all of whom were from Nana Peth, according to Senior Inspector Ramesh Sathe of the Samarth Police. All three of them have criminal histories and have committed significant crimes. Four other people are wanted by police, including Kuchekar’s son, who has a criminal past.

On Wednesday morning, Rohan’s father, labour contractor Ravindra Pawar (56), reported the crime to the police. Rohan had already been expelled and was involved in significant body offences.

Sathe went on to say that there has long been animosity between Rohan and Kuchekar’s kid. Despite living in the same region, they differed greatly. Rohan was assassinated when the seven individuals saw him standing by himself close to his home.
