Pune: Three People, Including Elderly Woman, Beaten Up Over Dispute About Fireworks
Pune, 27th October 2022: Two people, including an elderly woman, were punched due to a dispute over the bursting of firecrackers in the premises of the society in the Hadapsar area. A case was registered against three persons – Gotya Pawar, Rahul Pawar, and Saurabh Sakat, residents of Naiknaware Society, Sasanenagar, Hadapsar. Mayur Satish Gaikwad (22), also a resident of Naiknaware Society filed a complaint at the Hadapsar Police Station.
The complainant and the accused live in the same society. They argued over bursting firecrackers. Due to this, the accused beat and abused Mayur, his uncle Kiran, and his grandmother Usha. Assistant Police Officer Shinde is investigating.
