Pune, 8th October 2021: A man from Pimpri-Chinchwad who has a poor financial condition is requesting money to save his dying mother and is trying to cover the cost of the hospital.

Chhaya Shankar Madrewar (51), a housewife from Pimpri Chinchwad, is suffering from lungs infection. Her son Amol is going door to door to collect funds for her treatment.

She has been undergoing treatment at Deenanath Mangeshkar hospital for a month and a half but because of financial constraints, her son brought his mother home from the hospital.

Doctors have told Amol that she needs to be treated soon.

Amol’s situation is worrisome. His father is a driver and is 62 years old. Amol is responsible for the family’s livelihood and runs a general store.

Amol has informed that this illness will cost Rs 10 to 15 lakh. Amol has collected Rs 40,000 so far.

Amol lives with his parents. The father, who is a driver, used to support the family financially, but due to old age, his job will come to a halt next month, Amol said.

Amol has a small general store. He uses the money to support his family. But his family started struggling when his mother suddenly began to suffocate three months ago.

A medical examination revealed that her lungs had become infected. Doctors have told Amol that she may have to undergo some other surgeries and if it is not done soon, her weight may go beyond 200 kg. The procedure is very expensive.

For a month and a half, Chhaya was treated in the hospital. But now she has been brought home due to lack of money and needs to be treated again. Since Amol could not afford such expenses, he started going from door to door to collect funds to save his mother.

You can donate on Amol’s Google pay UPI – 9822143885 or through Milaap crowdfunding
