Pune: Training Aircraft Crashes In Indapur Field, Pilot Escapes With Minor Injuries
Pune, 25th July 2022: A training aircraft that took off from the Baramati airport has crashed in a field near Kadbanwadi in Indapur taluka of Pune district in Maharashtra.
The incident took place between 11.20 am to 11.25 am.
It is still unclear what caused the plane to crash. The officers and trainers of the Carver Training Center have reached the spot.
The plane, which took off from Baramati airport this morning, suddenly crashed into Barahate’s farm at Pondkule Vasti, Kadbanwadi, Indapur taluka while it was flying. After getting information, villagers of the neighbouring area reached the place. They rescued the pilot Bhavika Rathod (22) of Pune safely.
The pilot was slightly injured, but the plane was badly damaged.
