Navale emphasized the importance of ensuring that officers perform their duties without breaching privacy. He stressed that all officers should attend training and familiarize themselves with the proper handling of voting machines. The voting process should be conducted fairly and transparently, with every officer and employee prioritizing the voter. Navale addressed any questions and clarified doubts through a presentation.
