Pune: Two Elderly Men Booked in Separate Molestation Cases

Pimpri Chinchwad, 5th February 2025: In two separate incidents, police have registered cases against elderly men for allegedly molesting women in Pune. The incidents occurred in Kiwale and MIDC Bhosari on Monday evening.

In the first case, Dehu Road Police have registered a case against 62-year-old Kezar Azad, a resident of Kiwale. According to the police report, the incident took place around 6:45 PM when the 36-year-old complainant was chatting with her relatives. Police said that the accused allegedly made obscene gestures and demanded sexual favours. The woman also reported that he had previously stalked her. A formal complaint was lodged on Tuesday, and further investigation is underway.

In the second case, MIDC Bhosari Police arrested 58-year-old Nehal Singh Chaudhary from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. As per the complaint filed by a 42-year-old woman, the accused arrived at her shop around 7 PM, verbally abused her with obscene language, and sent her vulgar messages. The police are investigating the matter further.
