Pune: Two Students Dead, Five Injured In Road Accident

Pune: 4th October 2022: On Monday night (October 3), two students died in an accident near Saswad area on their way to Narayanpur.

The vehicle lost control resulting in two deaths and five people being seriously injured.

The names of the deceased students are Gaurav Lalwani (19), a native of Raipur, Chhattisgarh and Rachit Mehta (18), a native of Calcutta. Three students are included in the injured and five people are seriously wounded.

The students studying at MIT College were going to Narayanpur by car around Monday night. At that time, the driver lost control and the car hit two shops and overturned. Two students died on the spot. Five people, including three students, were injured and have been admitted to Sassoon Hospital for treatment. The Saswad police are investigating the accident.
