“Although a circular was issued before regarding this, many colleges have not yet waived the fees for these students. The Students Helping Hands Association had lodged a complaint about this and submitted information of 200 eligible students. The Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the university Dr Sanjeev Sonawane took note of this and issued the circular,” said Kuldeep Ambekar, President of the Students Helping Hands Association.

The Association said, “There should be an action against those colleges which did not implement this decision.”
