Pune University Files Police Complaint Against ‘How To Cheat During Exam’ video

Pune, October 15, 2020: The administration of the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has lodged complaint with Chaturshringi police station, Pune city police, to take legal action against a viral video about how to cheat during online SPPU exams.

“Students are being misled in the 7 minutes 32 seconds video on how to take exams illegally”, stated the complaint letter issued by the Examination and Evaluation Department, SPPU.

The letter further stated that this is an attempt to discredit the SPPU as well as the service providers working for the university, and is a strict violation of all the laws.

The video’ SPPU Cheating Mantra 2020′ has been uploaded by YouTube channel Sarpanch HD and has more than 1,100 views with 48 comments on the cheating video. The video is explained in 7 simple steps which encourage illegal activity and exposes a technical loophole to cheat during the final year online exams.

This channel has uploaded as many as three videos with two videos describing ‘How to block Microphones and Camera, and SPPU Cheating Mantra 2020. The channel has gained 194 subscribers within three days.
