Pune: Woman Filmed In Toilet At Company In Bhosari, Case Registered
Bhosari 16th July 2023: The Pimpri Chinchwad Police have booked a 36-year-old person for allegedly filming a video of his woman colleague inside a toilet and threatening to make it viral. The accused identified as Sunil Hariba Kamble (36) has been arrested in the case.
According to police, the accused and victim work in the same company. On Saturday, the accused allegedly filmed the video and shared with the victim through social media platform while demanding sexual favours and money from her. He threatened her to make the video viral and asked for Rs 3,000 from her.
The woman has lodged a complaint with Bhosari Police Station in the matter and the accused has been booked under sections 354(a)(2), 354 (c), 385 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) along with sections 66(c) and 67 of the Information Technology Act. Further investigation in the matter is underway.
