Pune: Woman Filmed In Toilet At IISER, FIR Registered
Pune, 15th December 2022: A 26-year-old woman was filmed with a mobile phone at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER).
Chaturshringi police have registered a case under IPC section 354 (c) in this regard. The incident took place on 5th December around 5:50 pm.
The victim has lodged a complaint with the police in this regard. According to the information given by the police, the victim works in a department at IISER, Pashan. When she went to the toilet in the office, the unknown accused was sitting in the toilet next door. He slipped his mobile from the space under the toilet into the woman’s toilet and started filming.
After noticing all this, the woman screamed. Meanwhile, the accused managed to escape from there.
The police have seized the CCTV footage of the place and have started investigating the accused accordingly.
