Pune: Woman Medical Staffer Molested and Robbed While Returning From Duty At Command Hospital
Camp, 22nd November 2023: On Monday night, a 29-year-old woman medical staffer fell prey to molestation and robbery as she made her way home after completing her duty at the Command Hospital. The perpetrators, riding an unidentified motorcycle, targeted her on Right Flank Road near Command Hospital around 12:15 am.
According to the police report, the medical staffer, faced with the unavailability of auto rickshaws and taxi cabs, had chosen to walk home. The assailants, on a two-wheeler, approached her. When she resisted their attempts, they subjected her to molestation, physical assault, and forcefully snatched her mobile phone before swiftly fleeing the scene.
An FIR has been registered and police are further investigating the case.
