Pune : Youth Killed, Another Hospitalized in Violent Attack By a Group in Nigdi
Nigdi, 11th October 2023 : An incident unfolded in the Nigdi area of Ota Scheme on Wednesday night, resulting in the murder of a 22-year-old youth, identified as Akash Doondhav and serious injuries to another individual. This shocking incident occurred when a group of five to six people launched a violent attack.
The deceased, Akash Doondhav, hailing from Ota Scheme in Nigdi, lost his life in the gruesome attack. His companion, whose identity is yet to be disclosed, sustained severe injuries and is currently receiving medical treatment at YCM Hospital. Preliminary information suggests that the attackers, known to be involved in criminal activities in the past, targeted the two youths. The police suspect, past enmity as reason behind the attack and they are investigating further in the matter.
