Pune: Youths Brandish Pistol On Highway In Broad Daylight, Police Clueless

Warje, 1st November 2024: An incident has emerged in Pune, where two unidentified young men were spotted waving a firearm while riding a motorcycle, instilling fear among residents. The alarming episode occurred on the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway between Vadgaon Bridge and Warje Bridge, where the youths displayed a pistol and intimidated other motorists.

The footage of this incident has gone viral on social media. The Pune Police have launched a manhunt for the suspects, who remain at large.

Baramati MP Supriya Sule reacted to the incident, stating, “This is a serious matter. The ineffective Home Minister in the BJP-led government has allowed criminals to operate freely. Ordinary citizens are facing the consequences.”
